Store Supervisor

Job Description

You will oversee and manage the daily operations of a company's warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly stored and accounted for, coordinating with procurement and customs to meet regulatory storage and distribution requirements, and administering the incoming inspections.

Duties and Accountabilities

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Play as a focal point for all incoming and outgoing goods and perform incoming inspections per regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.

  • Implement and enforce proper inventory management procedures, including timely updates of the ERP system.

  • Coordinate with the procurement department and customs agencies to ensure the smooth transitions/distributions of the goods to and from the warehouse.

  • Pack the goods and prepare for shipments in coordination with the commercial team.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
