Store Supervisor
Job Description
You will oversee and manage the daily operations of a company's warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly stored and accounted for, coordinating with procurement and customs to meet regulatory storage and distribution requirements, and administering the incoming inspections.
Duties and Accountabilities

Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Play as a focal point for all incoming and outgoing goods and perform incoming inspections per regulatory requirements.

Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.

Implement and enforce proper inventory management procedures, including timely updates of the ERP system.

Coordinate with the procurement department and customs agencies to ensure the smooth transitions/distributions of the goods to and from the warehouse.

Pack the goods and prepare for shipments in coordination with the commercial team.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and streamline processes.

Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
