Technical and Procurement Specialist
Job Description
You will facilitate purchases from outside suppliers, including searching and approving key suppliers, tendering deals, negotiating purchase agreements, arranging customs, shipments, incoming inspections of goods, and ensuring all products and materials meet aviation regulatory and company standards.
Duties and Accountabilities

Research suppliers of goods and services, manage the list of approved suppliers.

Collect quotes, proposals, purchase terms and conditions, and tendering offers.

Execute the purchase of goods approved by management and prepare the Purchase Orders.

Monitor the payments and timely delivery of goods to the warehouse.

Organize logistics and customs of goods through freight forwarders and clearance agents.

Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts.

Orchestrate incoming inspections of goods to ensure full compliance of products with Purchase Orders and Quality Certificates.

Upkeep the corresponding procurement paperwork in the system (Zoho) and company shared drive as per company policy.
